How many types of company entities exist in Samoa?
Samoa offers a small number of core company structures: the International Company (IC) formed under the International Companies Act for non-resident business, the standard domestic Company formed under the Companies Act for business within Samoa, and other vehicles such as trusts and partnerships that fall outside the strict ‘company’ category.
